Marine Parade/ Kallang URA Master Plan and Transformations

Since Grand Dunman is located close to the area which will go through massive transformation and redevelopment under the URA Master Plan for the Eastern region of Singapore, the residents are bound to benefit from the myriad of upgrades happening in years to come.
